Bio SPM Lab Facilities
AFM Door
Multimode 5 AFM/SPM equipped with controller Nanoscope IIIa. Located in HL 702, immediately on the left, close to the door.
AFM Wall
Multimode 8 AFM/SPM (Bruker) with controller Nanoscope V. Located in HL 702, on the left, against the wall.
AFM Window
JPK Nanowizard Ultra Speed. Located in HL 702, on the left, against the wall.
Fast scan operation, closed loop, motorized stage, large samples and nanolithography.
MI Pico LE
Molecular Imaging (Agilent) SPM (AFM/STM/CSAFM) system.
Equipped with:
- Sound/light isolation box
- Vibration isolation system (pneumatic table + bungee rope suspension)
- Ambient (dry N2) chamber
- Temperature control system
