LION SPM User Facility
AFM Door
Multimode 5 AFM/STM equipped with controller Nanoscope IIIa. Located in HL 702, immediately on the left, close to the door.
AFM Wall
Multimode 8 AFM/STM (Bruker) with controller Nanoscope V. Located in HL 702, on the left, against the wall.
AFM Window 1
JPK Nanowizard Ultra Speed. Located in HL 702, on the left, against the window.
Fast scan operation, closed loop, motorized stage, large samples and nanolithography.
Several accessories (heating/cooling and EC).
AFM Window 2
Open Source AFM/STM, Multimode 5 microscope controlled with Open Source SoftdB digital controller. ocated in HL 702, in the front, against the window.
